Redragon K725LBY-RGB-PRO GLINTSTONE PRO: driver, software, screen, Bluetooth, and 2.4 GHz in Windows 11/10

Last Updated on 18.09.2026 by DriverNew

Redragon K725LBY-RGB-PRO GLINTSTONE PRO is a compact 96% mechanical keyboard with a numeric keypad, screen, multifunction knob, and three connection modes: USB-C, 2.4 GHz, and Bluetooth.

A separate Redragon system driver is not required for normal text input: Windows automatically uses standard HID drivers. The proprietary software is required for additional functions — macros, key remapping, RGB, and screen configuration.

Do not confuse K725LBY-RGB-PRO with other K725 versions. The family includes several variants that may differ in switches and other hardware features.

Part 1. Installing Redragon K725LBY-RGB-PRO

Is a separate driver required?

No. A special Redragon system driver is not required for basic keyboard operation.

  1. Connect the keyboard to the computer.
  2. Wait a few seconds.
  3. Windows will automatically detect the HID device.
  4. Open any text editor.
  5. Check letters, numbers, Enter, Backspace, and Space.

If the keyboard types normally, the standard HID driver is already installed.

There is no need to look for a universal “K725 driver” or use third-party automatic driver update programs.

Which software to install

K725LBY-RGB-PRO uses two official names for the same installer:

Redragon_K725-RGB-PRO_Setup_v2.0_20250221_V1.exe

and:

Redragon_K725-RGB-PRO_Software.exe

Testing showed that these files are completely identical: their size, SHA-256 hash, and byte-for-byte contents match.

File name What it is
Redragon_K725-RGB-PRO_Setup_v2.0_20250221_V1.exe Official v2.0 package with the date 21.02.2025 in the file name.
Redragon_K725-RGB-PRO_Software.exe The same installer under a shorter name.

There is no need to install both files.

Do not install firmware from another K725

Software and firmware are different components. Incorrect software can usually be uninstalled, while incompatible firmware can disrupt the operation of the keyboard, screen, and wireless modes.

If the keyboard does not work at all

  1. Switch to wired mode.
  2. Connect the USB-C cable.
  3. Try another USB port.
  4. Try another data-capable cable.

Yes. Proprietary software is not required for normal text input.

The keyboard can work via USB-C, 2.4 GHz, and Bluetooth using standard Windows features. Redragon Software v2.0 is mainly required for macros, key remapping, advanced RGB configuration, and screen management.
