Redragon Harpe Wireless K503P-KS does not require a separate proprietary driver for normal operation in Windows. The keyboard can connect via USB, a 2.4 GHz wireless receiver, or Bluetooth. In all of these modes, Windows uses the standard system HID drivers.
Proprietary Redragon software is also available for K503P-KS. It is an additional configuration utility, not a mandatory driver. If the keyboard already works and the built-in lighting modes and FN key combinations are sufficient for your needs, you do not need to install this software.
Does Redragon K503P-KS need a driver?
A separate Redragon driver is not required for K503P-KS. After the keyboard is connected, Windows automatically detects it as a standard input device and installs the system HID driver.
A special driver is not required for:
- wired USB connection;
- 2.4 GHz wireless connection through the included USB receiver;
- Bluetooth connection;
- normal text input;
- multimedia functions;
- using the built-in RGB lighting modes.
If the keyboard already works in Windows, there is no need to look for another driver or install software for similar Redragon models.
Is software available for K503P-KS?
Yes. Proprietary Redragon software is available for K503P-KS.
On the official website, the software is published under the designation S101M-KS Gaming Combo — Keyboard. K503P-KS and S101M-KS belong to the same hardware family, so this difference in the software name does not mean that a random installer for another keyboard was selected.
At the time of verification, the official installer is named:
Redragon_S101M-KS_GAMING_KEYBOARD_setup_1.0.4.4.exe
File verification confirms the following internal information:
- ProductName: Redragon S101M-KS GAMING KEYBOARD;
- FileDescription: Redragon S101M-KS GAMING KEYBOARD Setup;
- ProductVersion: 1.0.4.4.
Look for the software in the official Redragon download center. In the device list, find S101M-KS Gaming Combo and the keyboard download.
The proprietary software only needs to be installed if additional settings available through its interface are required.

- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB port on the computer or a compatible USB power source.

How to install Redragon software
It is recommended to install the software only if additional settings unavailable through the built-in key combinations are required.
- Open the official Redragon download center.
- Find S101M-KS Gaming Combo.
- Select the keyboard software download.
- Download the installation file for Windows.
- Before installation, close other Redragon device configuration programs.
- Run the installer and complete the installation.
- After installation, connect the keyboard directly to a USB port on the computer.
- Press FN + 5 to select wired mode.
- Launch the Redragon software.
Installing this software is not required for normal K503P-KS operation. Windows continues to use the standard HID keyboard driver.
If the Redragon software does not detect the keyboard
Sometimes the software may report that the device is not connected even though the keyboard itself works normally.
In this case, do the following:
- Make sure the installed software is specifically for S101M-KS / K503P-KS.
- Connect the keyboard directly to the computer using a USB cable.
- Do not use a USB hub or docking station for testing.
- Press FN + 5 to select wired mode.
- Close the Redragon software.
- Launch it again.
It is also not recommended to install several Redragon programs for different models at the same time in an attempt to find a suitable utility.
How to uninstall Redragon software
If the software is not needed or does not recognize the keyboard, it can be removed. After uninstallation, K503P-KS will continue to work with the standard Windows driver.
Windows 11
- Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
- Find the Redragon software.
- Open the software menu and select Uninstall.
- Complete the uninstallation.
- Restart Windows.
Windows 10
- Open Settings → Apps → Apps & features.
- Find the Redragon software.
- Select it and click Uninstall.
- Complete the uninstallation.
- Restart Windows.
Uninstalling the software does not remove the standard HID keyboard driver.
If K503P-KS does not work
If the keyboard stops responding to key presses, check the connection first instead of reinstalling the software.
- Connect the keyboard directly to the computer using a USB cable.
- Press FN + 5 to switch to wired mode.
- Try another USB port.
- Press and hold FN + ESC for approximately 3 seconds to reset the settings.
- If wired mode works, test the 2.4 GHz wireless connection and Bluetooth separately.
- For 2.4 GHz mode, check the USB receiver and, if necessary, re-pair using FN + 4.
- For Bluetooth, remove the old pairing in Windows settings and pair the keyboard again.
- Fully charge the battery.
- If possible, test the keyboard on another computer.
If K503P-KS is not detected even with a wired connection on another computer, installing another Redragon driver will usually not solve the problem. In this case, check the USB cable, keyboard connector, and the device itself.
