1. Hi, Purchased this card FebSmart 4 Ports Superspeed 5Gbps USB 3.0 PCI Express Expansion Card for Windows 11, 10, 8.x, 7, Vista, XP on in September 2022 from amazon and now my Windows 10 OS deletes communication to the card. I am not sure it ever worked. Please help.
