1. Good day to you. I wonder if you can help me. I have a Ricoh Aficio SP 100SUe printer/scanner. I want to reinstall on another computer. We no longer have the original CD so we have downloaded your printer driver for Windows 64 bit which works perfectly but we have no scan facility now. Do you have any idea what the problem could be.

   I would really appreciate any help.
