1. I purchased a ugreen USB to serial DB9 cable.
   I am using windows 2000 sp4 on a IBM Thinkpad 52.
   and don’t know what driver to use.

2. Since I upgraded to Windows 11 the cables are not recognized anymore.
   In the PC device manager it is clearly mentioned to install appropriate driver for Windows 11.
   I have 3 cables and these are necessary for my work.
   Are you developing a new driver for windows 11 and when will be available?

   • A common driver issue that occurs when upgrading the operating system to Windows 11.

     If the (UGREEN 2M USB to Serial DB9 9 Pin RS232 Converter Cable) were working normally, but stopped working after updating the Windows operating system, then uninstall the previously installed driver and reinstall the driver. Be sure to restart your computer after installing and after uninstalling the drivers.

     Drivers specifically for Windows 11 were not released. Therefore, use drivers for Windows 10 to install, which are fully compatible with Windows 11.
