If Windows does not detect the Pantum CP2500DN printer automatically, or the required driver is unavailable on your regional Pantum website, you can install the device using the official Pantum BeagleII driver package.
This guide explains how to download the driver from the official Pantum server, extract the archive, and install the printer on Windows 11 or Windows 10.
Step 1: Download the Pantum CP2500DN Driver
At the moment, this driver is available through the Chinese version of the official Pantum website. The file may be missing from other regional versions of the Pantum website.
The driver archive is called Pantum_BeagleII_BetaCD–windows.zip. The file is large, so the download may not start immediately.
- Copy the full link below:
https://drivers.pantum.cn/userfiles/files/download/%E9%A9%B1%E5%8A%A8%E6%96%87%E4%BB%B6/Pantum_BeagleII_BetaCD--windows.zip
- Open a new tab in your browser.
- Paste the copied link into the browser address bar and press Enter.
- Wait for the download to start.
- Do not close the browser and do not open the archive until the download is fully complete.
If the download does not start or you see a 403 Forbidden error, try opening the same link in a new private browser window.
- Open a private window:
- Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Yandex Browser: press
Ctrl + Shift + N. - Mozilla Firefox: press
Ctrl + Shift + P.
- Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Yandex Browser: press
- Paste the link into the address bar of the private window.
- Press Enter and wait for the download to start.
Important: simply clicking the link may not work because of the way the Pantum server protection works. For this reason, it is more reliable to copy the full file address and paste it manually into the browser address bar.
Important: the driver archive is large—approximately 325 MB. The file is downloaded directly from the official Pantum server.
Step 2: Extract the Driver Archive
- Open the folder where the file was downloaded. This is usually the Downloads folder.
- Find the Pantum_BeagleII_BetaCD–windows.zip file.
- Right-click the file and select Extract All.
- Select a destination folder and click Extract.
- When the files have been extracted, open the Pantum_BeagleII_BetaCD folder.
- Find the setup.exe file inside the folder. If file name extensions are hidden in Windows, it may appear simply as setup.

Important for owners of Windows 11 laptops with ARM-based processors: the Pantum installer may not work on these devices. This applies to some modern laptops with Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, including certain Copilot+ PCs.
Standard Windows x86/x64 drivers are not always compatible with Windows 11 on ARM. If the Pantum installer does not start, cannot detect the printer, or the installation fails, try adding the printer using the built-in Windows tools.
To do this, open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners → Add device. If Windows cannot find a suitable driver automatically, use the alternative installation method with a standard Windows driver described below. This method usually provides basic printing only, without Pantum-specific features.
Alternative Method: Install Using a Standard Windows Driver
This method can provide basic printing if the Pantum installer does not start, cannot detect the printer, or is incompatible with your computer. Some additional printer features may be unavailable.
Important: the computer must have internet access to update the driver list through Windows Update.
