No print \/ \u201cOffline\u201d:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right-click the printer \u2192 Printer properties \u2192 Ports \u2192 switch between USB001 and USB002 \u2192 Apply \u2192 test again.<\/p>\n

Model not listed when browsing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Make sure you selected CNAB4STD.INF inside the \u2026\\x64\\Driver\\ folder.<\/p>\n

Print Spooler hiccup:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Press Win + R \u2192 type services.msc \u2192 Enter \u2192 double-click Print Spooler \u2192 Restart \u2192 try a test page.<\/p>\n

Why we recommend only this method<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right-clicking an .INF file to \u201cInstall\u201d may add files to Windows, but it often doesn\u2019t link the CAPT driver to the correct USB virtual port on Windows 11. The Have Disk method above sets everything up properly in one pass and is the most reliable approach for this printer.<\/p>\n

Your Canon LBP2900\/LBP2900B should now work normally on Windows 11 using the Windows 10 driver.<\/p>\n
