Redragon K732SP-RGB-PRO and K732MC-RGB-PRO are wireless mechanical gaming keyboards with three connection methods: USB-C, 2.4 GHz, and Bluetooth. A separate Redragon system driver is not required for normal operation: Windows automatically uses standard HID drivers.<\/p>\n

Both models use the same official Redragon software package. The proprietary software is required for additional settings, including supported key assignments, macros, and RGB lighting.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> K732SP and K732MC use the same installer, but this does not mean that all hardware key combinations are necessarily identical. Combinations confirmed by the manual only for the K732MC are specifically identified below as K732MC functions.<\/div>\n

Which software to install<\/h2>\n

K732SP-RGB-PRO and K732MC-RGB-PRO use the same official file:<\/p>\n

If you have a K732MC, there is no need to look for a separate K732MC-only installer.<\/strong> Redragon officially combines K732SP and K732MC in a single download.<\/div>\n

Where to download the software<\/h2>\n

Use the official Redragon software catalog:<\/p>\n

Do not install software for the K737, K732WLB, or another similar model just because you could not immediately find the correct package.<\/p>\n

Is a separate Windows driver required?<\/h2>\n

No. A separate Redragon system driver is not required for normal text input.<\/p>\n

  1. Connect the keyboard to the computer via USB-C, the 2.4 GHz receiver, or Bluetooth.<\/li>\n
  2. Wait a few seconds.<\/li>\n
  3. Open any text editor.<\/li>\n
  4. Test letters, numbers, Enter, Backspace, Space, and other main keys.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the keyboard types normally, the standard Windows HID driver is already working.<\/p>\n

    There is no need to search for a universal K732 driver or use third-party automatic driver update utilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Windows driver and Redragon Software are not the same thing<\/h2>\n

    The standard HID driver is responsible for basic keyboard operation.<\/p>\n

    Redragon Software is used for additional features:<\/p>\n

    • remapping supported keys;<\/li>\n
    • creating macros;<\/li>\n
    • configuring RGB;<\/li>\n
    • working with profiles and other available settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If you do not need additional settings, K732SP and K732MC can be used without installing the proprietary software.<\/p>\n

        A wired connection is recommended when installing the software for the first time and when diagnosing any unclear problems.<\/p>\n

        Connecting the K732MC via 2.4 GHz<\/h2>\n

        For the K732MC, the official manual confirms switching to 2.4 GHz mode using Fn + 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

        If 2.4 GHz does not work<\/h2>\n

        If Windows responds when the USB receiver is connected but the keyboard does not type:<\/p>\n

        1. Check the battery charge.<\/li>\n
        2. Connect the receiver directly to the computer.<\/li>\n
        3. Do not use a USB hub for diagnostics.<\/li>\n
        4. Try another USB port.<\/li>\n
        5. Test the keyboard via USB-C.<\/li>\n

          For the K732MC, you can then pair it again using Fn + 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          For the K732SP, do not use Fn + 4 solely by analogy with the K732MC if your revision works differently.<\/strong> A shared installer does not guarantee that all hardware Fn combinations are identical.<\/div>\n

          K732MC Bluetooth profiles<\/h2>\n

          The K732MC can store three Bluetooth connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

          In the Bluetooth device list, the keyboard may appear under a system name such as BT3.0 Keyboard<\/strong> or BT5.0 Keyboard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Bluetooth works, but Redragon Software does not detect the keyboard<\/h2>\n

          This does not necessarily indicate a malfunction.<\/p>\n

          Redragon’s proprietary configuration software is intended for use via USB or 2.4 GHz.<\/p>\n

          If the K732 types normally over Bluetooth but the software reports that the device was not found:<\/p>\n

          1. Close Redragon Software.<\/li>\n
          2. Switch the keyboard to USB-C or 2.4 GHz.<\/li>\n
          3. Wait a few seconds.<\/li>\n
          4. Test text input.<\/li>\n

            Do not remove a working Bluetooth driver just because Redragon Software does not detect the keyboard over Bluetooth.<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Installing the software in Windows 11<\/h2>\n

            1. Connect the K732SP or K732MC via USB-C or 2.4 GHz.<\/li>\n
            2. Make sure the keyboard works without the software.<\/li>\n
            3. Download the official K732SP\/K732MC installer.<\/li>\n
            4. Close Redragon software for other keyboards.<\/li>\n

                Windows displays a warning when launching the installer<\/h2>\n

                The verified installer does not contain a standard embedded Authenticode signature in the PE Security Directory, so Windows or security software may display an additional warning.<\/p>\n

                Do not disable Microsoft Defender, SmartScreen, or antivirus software just to install the keyboard software.<\/strong><\/p>\n

                Before continuing:<\/p>\n

                1. make sure the file was downloaded from the official Redragon website;<\/li>\n
                2. verify the name K732SP_K732MC-RGB-PRO<\/code>;<\/li>\n
                3. do not run installers from unknown websites;<\/li>\n
                4. do not replace the software with a random package for another K732 model.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The software says Device not detected<\/h2>\n

                  If Windows detects the keyboard and it types normally, but Redragon Software does not detect it, the standard HID driver is already working. There is no need to remove it immediately.<\/p>\n

                  Check the following:<\/p>\n

                  1. If you are using Bluetooth, switch to USB-C or 2.4 GHz.<\/li>\n
                  2. Close the software.<\/li>\n
                  3. Connect the keyboard directly to the computer.<\/li>\n

                  6. Make sure the K732SP\/K732MC package is installed.<\/li>\n
                  7. Launch the software again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Cannot find the software for the K732MC<\/h2>\n

                    Some K732MC owners have encountered a problem where the correct software was difficult to find in the Redragon catalog. As a result, users tried installing software for the K737 or other similar models.<\/p>\n

                    This is not required for the K732MC.<\/p>\n

                    The correct current Redragon download is combined with the K732SP:<\/p>\n

                    If the K732MC already works with this package, there is no need to look for different software.<\/p>\n

                    If you have already installed the wrong software<\/h2>\n

                        What the software is used for<\/h2>\n

                        The proprietary software allows you to use additional keyboard functions.<\/p>\n

                          The names of individual tabs may differ depending on the interface version.<\/p>\n

                          How to configure keys safely<\/h2>\n

                          Do not change a large number of assignments at once.<\/p>\n

                          2. Change its action.<\/li>\n
                          3. Apply the setting.<\/li>\n
                          4. Check the result.<\/li>\n
                          5. Only then move on to other keys.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            This makes it easier to identify the cause of a problem if incorrect actions appear after configuration.<\/p>\n

                            Configuring macros<\/h2>\n

                                K732SP: OLED and hardware functions<\/h2>\n

                                The K732SP differs from the K732MC in its design and set of hardware functions, including the OLED display.<\/p>\n

                                The same v2.0 package is used for software installation, but K732MC key combinations should not automatically be applied to the K732SP.<\/p>\n

                                If you need to change OLED settings or SP-specific functions, use the controls provided specifically for this model and the features available in the shared Redragon Software.<\/p>\n

                                RGB or other settings are not saved<\/h2>\n

                                Not every function is necessarily saved in the same way when the software or keyboard is turned off.<\/p>\n

                                  The keyboard turns off the lighting automatically<\/h2>\n

                                  The K732MC includes power-saving behavior in wireless mode.<\/p>\n
