Therefore, the symbols printed on the physical keys differ from those on a standard English US QWERTY keyboard.<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <strong>Y<\/strong> and <strong>Z<\/strong> keys are positioned differently;<\/li>\n<li>German characters <strong>\u00c4<\/strong>, <strong>\u00d6<\/strong>, <strong>\u00dc<\/strong>, and <strong>\u00df<\/strong> are present;<\/li>\n<li>the positions of some punctuation marks and special characters differ from the US layout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #fffbf0; border-left: 4px solid #ff9800; padding: 12px 15px; margin: 16px 0;\"><strong>If the labels on the keys do not match the characters being entered, this is usually not a driver or Redragon software problem.<\/strong> First check the keyboard layout selected in Windows.<\/div>\n<h2>How to add the German layout in Windows 11<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Settings \u2192 Time &amp; language \u2192 Language &amp; region<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If German is not listed, click <strong>Add a language<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Find <strong>German<\/strong> and add it.<\/li>\n<li>In the language options, make sure the German keyboard has been added.<\/li>\n<li>Switch to it using the language indicator on the taskbar.<\/li>\n<li>Test the Y, Z, and special character keys.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There is no need to remove the Russian or English layout.
