The front cassette is not designed for A3 paper. You need to check three things:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>the paper that is actually loaded in the printer;<\/li>\n<li>the paper information displayed on the printer\u2019s touchscreen;<\/li>\n<li>the paper settings in the application and the Canon driver.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>What to Select on the Screen When Support Code 2114 Appears<\/h2>\n<p>When support code 2114 appears, tap <strong>Next<\/strong> on the touchscreen. The printer will offer several options.<\/p>\n<h3>Print with the Loaded Paper<\/h3>\n<p>Select this option if suitable paper is already loaded in the rear tray and you want to continue printing without changing the registered settings.<\/p>\n<p>Use this command carefully. If A3 is selected for the print job but A4 is actually loaded, part of the image may be printed incorrectly.<\/p>\n<h3>Replace the Paper and Print<\/h3>\n<p>Select this option if paper of the wrong size or type is loaded in the rear tray.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Remove the paper from the rear tray.<\/li>\n<li>Load the paper specified in the print job.<\/li>\n<li>Select the correct size on the touchscreen.<\/li>\n<li>Select the correct paper type.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the settings.<\/li>\n<li>Continue printing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Cancel Printing<\/h3>\n<p>This is the safest option if you are not sure which settings are selected.<\/p>\n<p>After canceling, open the print settings on the computer, select the correct paper size, paper type, and rear tray, and then send the document again.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Load A3 Paper Correctly<\/h2>\n<h3>Step 1: Prepare the Paper<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Use flat sheets without curled corners.<\/li>\n<li>If the paper is curled, flatten it carefully.<\/li>\n<li>Align the edges of the stack.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For testing, it is recommended that you load one or several sheets first. driver.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cancel the current print job.<\/li>\n<li>Open the print window again.<\/li>\n<li>Open the Canon TS9500 series properties.<\/li>\n<li>Find the <strong>Paper Source<\/strong> settings.<\/li>\n<li>For the paper size, select <strong>A3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the correct paper type.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure A3 paper is loaded in the rear tray.<\/li>\n<li>Check the border-radius: 4px; box-shadow: 0 1px 3px rgba(0,0,0,0.05);\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0;\"><strong>Scanner limitation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0;\">Canon TS9500 Series devices can print on A3 paper, but the flatbed scanner cannot scan an entire A3 sheet in a single pass. After that, support code 2114 may no longer appear.<\/p>\n<p>However, inexperienced users are not advised to disable this check.
