If you connect the cable too early, Windows may automatically create the printer using a standard driver. As a result, printing may work, while the scanner and IJ Scan Utility do not.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Download MP Drivers Ver. 1.06<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gdlp01.c-wss.com\/gds\/6\/0100009646\/08\/md__-win-ts9500-1_06-ea34_2.exe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Download Canon TS9500 series MP Drivers Ver. 1.06<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Downloaded file name:<\/p>\n<pre style=\"background: #f4f4f4; border: 1px solid #ddd; padding: 12px; white-space: pre-wrap; overflow-x: auto;\">md__-win-ts9500-1_06-ea34_2.exe<\/pre>\n<p>The file is hosted on Canon\u2019s official server. It is compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10. A Windows account with administrator privileges is required to download and install it.<\/p>\n<h2>What to Do Before Installation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Complete the printer\u2019s initial setup. Do not close the program or connect the USB cable during this stage.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 4: Connect the USB Cable<\/h3>\n<p>Connect the cable only after the following message appears:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Connect the printer and the computer with a USB cable, and then turn on the printer.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li>Connect the square USB Type-B plug to the port on the back of the printer.<\/li>\n<li>Connect the other end of the cable directly to a USB port on the computer.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use a USB hub, docking station, or a USB port on a keyboard.<\/li>\n<li>Turn on the printer using the power button.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for the installer to detect the device.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Detection may take several minutes. During this time, Windows may also display notifications about installing a new device. Do not click <strong>Cancel<\/strong> or disconnect the cable.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 5: Complete the Installation<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>When the <strong>Installation Complete<\/strong> message appears, click <strong>Complete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If the installer asks you to restart the computer, select <strong>Restart the computer now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>After restarting, leave the printer connected to the same USB port.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Method 2: Installing the Driver via Wi-Fi<\/h2>\n<p>Before installation, it is recommended that you connect the printer to your home or office router.
