Usually, the cause is an incomplete driver installation, an incorrect connection, an HP app error, an old printer copy in Windows, or a disabled scanning service.<\/p>\n<h2>Why the Printer Prints but Does Not Scan<\/h2>\n<p>Printing and scanning use different driver components.
