The scanner may become an unstable condition if you are using a commercially available cable or extended cable.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Wait at least 5 seconds when you reconnect the power cable or open\/close the cover.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Without doing so, the scanner may not running properly.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The scanner may not work if it is connected to the USB port on the keyboard or the monitor.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The scanning speed might be reduced if the scanner is connected with USB 1.1.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Therefore, if your computer has the USB 3.0 \/ 2.0 compatible port, please use it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-22901 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/drivernew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Link-section-of-the-site.jpg\" alt=\"Software\" width=\"10\" height=\"10\" \/><strong>What can I do when the error message \u201cThe image scanner cannot be found\u201d appear?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This may be caused when the driver receives no responses from the scanner.<\/p>\n<p>Please check the following items:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Is the scanner power turned ON?<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Is the USB cable connected to the scanner and the PC correctly?<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Does the driver support the scanner connected to the PC?<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Is the scanner in ready state?
