It supports Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7, but it is distributed as a ZIP archive without an installer (.exe). That’s normal: inside you’ll find the driver in .INF format, which you install using standard Windows tools.

1) Where to download the drivers (official Xerox pages)

Xerox Global Print Driver (PS and PCL6) — downloads page:
https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/global-printer-driver/downloads

Which driver to choose: PS or PCL6

On the Xerox page, there are two printer driver options:

UNIV_5.1076.3.0_PS_x64.zip — PostScript (PS) driver

UNIV_5.1076.3.0_PCL6_x64.zip — PCL6 driver

Recommendation for most users: choose PS. It is often more stable for printing PDFs, complex layouts, and documents with fonts.
When PCL6 is better: if you mostly print from Word/Excel and/or if you run into issues after installing PS (print jobs hang, odd job processing, etc.), try PCL6.

Why there is no .exe in the archive and what’s inside

There is no installer because this is a “driver package” for manual installation.
