The Genius mouse cursor sometimes lags or stops for a few seconds, if I move it away from my WiFi it becomes normal
The mouse cursor sometimes lags or stops for a few seconds, if I move it away from my WiFi it becomes normal. How do I solve this problem?
Try to change the battery first. The mouse is 2.4GHz frequency which is the same as the WiFi router, and the the mouse has the frequency hopping function. If you use too many of the same series/model of mice in the same area, it may also cause this problem. But if your mouse is a wire mouse, the mouse is broken.
