In my Genius App interface, why there is a warning icon besides the Firmware Update menu of my device name?
When you expand the device name menu, sometimes you will see a warning icon besides the Firmware Update menu. The icon means that there is a new firmware release for your device. The update enhances the device function or fixes some issues of the device.
Click Firmware Update to check the update details and click Update button to update the firmware. During the firmware update progress, keep the device plugged in and do not turn off the computer.
We strongly recommend you keep your device firmware up-to-date, so you can enjoy a better device.
