Why does the Genius App show Searching Genius Devices after I start this App?
The reasons as below:
One is that there is no Genius mouse, plugged in the computer.
The other is that your mouse is not supported by this App. Check the model name of your mouse. Click Need Help, and Troubleshooting to see which models use this App. And also test on different laptops, but if there is no help, the mouse is broken.
