If custom paper size is defined as width > height, and print 2UP or 6UP by “Page per Sheet” of the “Layout” panel, logical pages are not ranked as expected. Please specify the paper size as width < height and landscape at print direction. On Mac-OS-X 10.5 or before, the cover printing does not support a Japanese document name.
